Mumbai: Five people sustained minor injuries when a portion of a slab of an under-construction building collapsed at Peer Khan Street in Nagpada on Monday afternoon. According to the Disaster Management Cell, “The incident was reported at 3.26pm after which three fire engines, a rescue van and ambulance were rushed to the spot for the rescue.”
The injured were sent to the Sir Jamshedji Jeejeebhoy Hospital. “Five people were brought to the hospital as they had received minor injuries. Of them, two were discharged and the other three are still kept under observation,” said the doctors.
