Mumbai: Jigar Dilip Gala (39), a resident of Bhiku Building, V. S. Road, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, died in a tragic road accident on the morning of April 16. In this Case ADR has been registered in Dadar police Station.
According to police, Jigar was riding a two-wheeler along with his cousin Bhavin Shah when their bike slipped near Elphinstone Bridge in Prabhadevi at around 6:15 AM. As a result, Jigar fell and sustained serious injuries. Bhavin rushed him to KEM Hospital for immediate medical treatment, but doctors declared him dead during treatment at 7:40 AM.
Jigar’s father, Dilip Gala (69), gave a detailed statement to the police, stating that they do not suspect any foul play or have any complaint regarding the incident. The Dadar Police have registered an accidental death report under ADR and are conducting further inquiry.
