Mumbai: In a decisive move against terrorism, Shiv Sena, led by Eknath Shinde, has announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh for information leading to the identification of suspects involved in the Pahalgam terror attack.

This announcement follows the Jammu and Kashmir Police's release of photos of three suspects, for which they had earlier declared a reward of Rs 20 lakh. Shiv Sena's additional incentive aims to bolster efforts to bring the perpetrators to justice.

Expressing the party's commitment to combating terrorism, Eknath Shinde stated, "We stand firmly against terrorism and those who support it. We urge citizens to come forward with any information that can help bring these culprits to justice. By adding to the reward amount, we aim to ensure that the guilty are held accountable and justice is served for the victims and their families."

The Pahalgam terror attack, which claimed the lives of 26 people, mostly tourists, remains under investigation. Shiv Sena's initiative is intended to support the ongoing efforts of the Jammu and Kashmir Police in apprehending the suspects. Shiv Sena has urged the public to make use of this opportunity to aid the fight against terrorism and help secure the safety of the nation.
