Mumbai News: BMC Launches Cleanliness Drive For Religious Places From April 28 To May 9

The BMC has decided to take up a cleanliness drive of all religious places from April 28 to May 9. The places includes temples, mosques, churches and all other religious places in the city. The drive will be undertaken civic wards wise, under the Solid Waste Management department. The drive will be held on ward level everyday from 11 am to 1 pm.

Mumbai: The BMC has decided to take up a cleanliness drive of all religious places from April 28 to May 9. The places includes temples, mosques, churches and all other religious places in the city. The drive will be undertaken civic wards wise, under the Solid Waste Management department. The drive will be held on ward level everyday from 11 am to 1 pm.

The list of the religious places and the management of the drive will be done by Monday. The drive will include participation of the management, trustees of the respective religious places, NGOs and citizens.

The drive is under 'Clean Mumbai' campaign. Under the campaign, BMC recently held a deep clean drive of Eastern and Western Express Highways in Mumbai and also small roads.
