Mumbai: Malvani Police Arrest 2 College Students For Concealing Drugs In Water Bottles, Seize ₹9.54 Lakh Worth Of Narcotics

The Malvani Police have arrested two college students who were allegedly selling drugs concealed within modified steel water bottles. The accused have been identified as Vinit Singh, 19, and Shiven Parkar, 19, both residents of Mira Road East. They allegedly sold the drugs using water bottles, creating a small compartment under the bottles to hide the drugs.

Mumbai: The Malvani Police have arrested two college students who were allegedly selling drugs concealed within modified steel water bottles. The accused have been identified as Vinit Singh, 19, and Shiven Parkar, 19, both residents of Mira Road East. They allegedly sold the drugs using water bottles, creating a small compartment under the bottles to hide the drugs.

The police arrested them from Swarndeep Society, Building No. 6, Old Golden Nest, Mira Road East. A case has been registered against both under the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act).

Assistant Police Inspector Nilesh Salunkhe and his team traced the accused using their mobile phones and arrested them on February 19 around 7 pm. The accused were found in possession of a commercial quantity of drugs intended for sale.

The police seized 4.7 grams of MDMA Ecstasy worth Rs 50,000, 73.9 grams of Hydro Ganja worth Rs 3.69 lakh, 45 grams of LSD paper worth Rs 2.25 lakh, and 62 LSD dot papers worth Rs 3.10 lakh.
