Fire broke out at a market near Chembur railway station on Thursday morning. The fire was later doused and cooling operation underway.

When the fire broke out 10 fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the fire. The fire broke out at around 5.30 am on Thursday. The fire was doused after one and half hour of extinguishing action. No report of casualty so far. More details are awaited.
