In order to stimulate the real estate sector, the City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) has come up with 203 residential-cum-commercial plots in various nodes across the city. These 203 plots are being offered in three separate schemes, which will be sold through the e-tenders.
Last year, the planning agency already offered over 400 plots, small and big, across the city.
Among the 203 plots, 12 residential-cum-commercial plots are being offered in Kharghar, Kalamboli and New Panvel (E) under the first scheme; 182 residential plots will be available in Airoli, Ghansoli, Kharghar, Kalamboli and Panvel under the second scheme and nine residential and residential-cum-commercial plots will be available in Koparkhairane and Nerul under the third scheme.
The planning agency promises that these plots will be available at strategic locations, equipped with modern infrastructure and commercial facilities and it will fulfill the dream of citizens to have an affordable home.
While the pandemic impacted almost all sectors, Cidco through these three schemes will not only stimulate the real estate sector, but also boost the economy of the city.
The size of 12 plots under the first scheme will range from 1902.43 sq m to 8143.3 sq m. Similarly, the 182 small residential plots in the second phase will range from 41.41 sq m to 391 sq m. And, the remaining nine residential and residential-cum-commercial plots under the third scheme will range from 753.09 sq m to 1403.70 sq m. The said 203 plots will be clear of titles and will be offered at affordable rates and guaranteed by Cidco.
These three schemes will be conducted through e-tendering and e-auction process. The scheme booklet with the detailed information of the scheme, including the timetable will be made available on the website https://eauction.cidcoindia.com.
“Through these schemes, residential and residential cum commercial plots are made available in a huge number, which will fulfill the dreams of many people to own a rightful house in the well-equipped city of Navi Mumbai. Similarly, commercial developments will encourage the development of the Navi Mumbai,” said a senior official from Cidco.
