Mega Block on Main Line of Central Railway Mumbai Division on Sunday, 2nd February 2025
No Mega Block on Harbour & Trans Harbour Lines
Central Railway, Mumbai Division, will carry out a Mega Block on its suburban sections on Sunday, 2nd February 2025, to facilitate essential engineering and maintenance works. The details of the block are as follows:
UP and DOWN FAST Lines between Matunga and Mulund stations: 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM
DOWN FAST Line services departing from CSMT Mumbai between 10:58 AM and 3:10 PM will be diverted to the DOWN SLOW line at Matunga, halting at their scheduled stops between Matunga and Mulund. These trains will arrive at their destination approximately 15 minutes later than scheduled.
Fast trains beyond Thane will be re-diverted to the DOWN FAST line at Mulund.
UP FAST Line services departing from Thane between 11:25 AM and 3:27 PM will be diverted to the UP SLOW line at Mulund, stopping at scheduled halts between Mulund and Matunga. These trains will then be redirected to the UP FAST line at Matunga, arriving 15 minutes behind schedule.
*Please note that there will be no Mega Block on the Harbour Line between CSMT and Panvel, nor on the Trans Harbour Line between Thane and Panvel.*
