Mumbai: Heavy rainfall and poor visibility led to a serious bike accident in Gorai village on Wednesday evening, leaving a teenager critically injured and two delivery boys hurt.
According to the police, around 5:50 pm, local residents saw two motorcycles collide near the Gorai jetty. Pranit Koli, 19, a resident of Gorai village, was riding towards the jetty when another speeding bike carrying Karan Shinde, 21, and Rohit Borade, 18, rammed into him.
The impact threw all three riders off their bikes. Locals rushed to the spot and shifted the injured men to a nearby hospital in a van. Koli, who remains unconscious, has since been moved to a private hospital. Shinde and Borade are stable.

According to police, Shinde and Borade, both delivery boys, had partied earlier in the day and were heading towards Gorai village when the crash happened. The Gorai Police have registered an FIR against Shinde for rash driving and have recorded statements of eyewitnesses.
