Mira Bhayandar: Less than a week after the personnel from the central crime unit (CCU) attached to the Mira Bhayandar-Vasai Virar (MBVV) police busted an Uttarakhand-based Bol Bachchan (glib talkers), two more culprits landed into the custody of their counterparts from the detection unit of the Naigaon police station on Monday.
About The Case
The accused who have been identified as Abdul Nazir Khan (32) and Vishnu Sanjaykumar Kamble (23) both residents of Mumbai robbed people especially women and senior citizens of their valuables by engaging them in vague conversations.

The duo had recently targeted a man by robbing him of cash amounting to more than Rs 37,000 under the guise of seeking change. While investigating the case, the police learnt about the duo’s involvement and on the virtue of crucial inputs given by informers supported by a robust electronic surveillance system apprehended the glib-talking thieves.
Investigations revealed their involvement in seven similar offences committed by them in Mumbai and Palghar. Meanwhile, an offence under the relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita has been registered against the duo who have been remanded to custody. Further investigations were on. Members of various Bol Bachchan gangs-mostly based out of the city and state have wreaked havoc in the region.
