Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din 2025: Panvel Municipal Corporation To Host 'Kutumb Ranglay Kavyat' Poetry Event

On the occasion of Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din, celebrated annually to mark the birth anniversary of Jnanpith award-winning Marathi poet and playwright Kusumagraj, the Panvel Municipal Corporation has organized a special poetry event titled "Kutumb Ranglay Kavyat" by renowned poet and performer Prof. Visubhau Bapat.

Navi Mumbai: On the occasion of Marathi Bhasha Gaurav Din, celebrated annually to mark the birth anniversary of Jnanpith award-winning Marathi poet and playwright Kusumagraj, the Panvel Municipal Corporation has organized a special poetry event titled "Kutumb Ranglay Kavyat" by renowned poet and performer Prof. Visubhau Bapat.

The event will take place today, February 27, at 11:00 AM at the Adya Krantiveer Vasudev Balwant Phadke Auditorium.

As part of the celebrations, the winners of the Eco-Friendly Ganpati Festival Competition will also be felicitated. The event will be graced by the presence of MLA Prashant Thakur, MLA Vikrant Patil, and Panvel Municipal Commissioner Mangesh Chitale.

In addition, winners of the Poetry Reading Competition held under the Marathi Language Conservation Fortnight will be awarded prizes during the program. Citizens have been invited to participate and experience the enchanting poetry performances by Maharashtra’s acclaimed poet Prof. Visubhau Bapat. The Panvel Municipal Corporation has urged residents to attend and celebrate the richness of the Marathi language.
