Maharashtra: Shiv Sena Leader Vijay Shivtare's Car Stopped Near Eknath Shinde's House

Shivtare had visited Shinde’s residence to check on his health. Speaking to the media afterward, he confirmed that Shinde's condition is stable but noted that the CM needs rest.

The car of Shiv Sena leader Vijay Shivtare, en route to visit acting Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, was stopped by police at the entrance of the CM's residence. A visibly upset Shivtare questioned the officers, asking, “Don’t you recognise former ministers and MLAs?”

Shivtare had visited Shinde’s residence to check on his health. Speaking to the media afterward, he confirmed that Shinde's condition is stable but noted that the CM needs rest.

Addressing rumors, Shivtare stated, “There are claims about a meeting being held, but that is not true. No meetings were scheduled for today. Shinde holds full authority over allocation of departments, and whatever he decides will be accepted by everyone.”
