On the occasion of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis’ birthday on July 22, the Maharashtra unit of the BJP will organise a massive blood donation drive across the state. BJP state president Ravindra Chavan announced this initiative through a press release.
As part of the celebration, blood donation camps will be held in every mandal of the party's organisational structure. The party aims to mark the day with record-breaking blood collection, symbolically offering birthday wishes to the CM through this social cause.

Chavan urged all BJP members and supporters to actively participate in this statewide 'maha-raktadan shibir' and make it a grand success. He also mentioned that by July 19, each blood donor’s form should be filled and submitted. Additionally, every district president has been assigned a target of at least 100 blood donors per mandal.
The initiative is expected to see participation from thousands of volunteers and is being positioned as both a celebration and a service to society.
