Navi Mumbai: Over 15,000 students from 17 colleges across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai participated in the Heartfulness Wellness Fest – Ekatma Abhiyaan 2025.
The event organized by Shri Ram Chandra Mission and the Heartfulness Institute, was held on March 3rd and 4th at the CIDCO Convention and Exhibition Centre, Navi Mumbai. It was held in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, and the Fit India Movement.
"Ekatma Abhiyaan – “Har Din Dhyan, Har Dil Dhyan”, is a transformative youth wellness initiative under the guidance of Pujya Daaji, Shri Kamlesh Patel Ji (Padma Bhushan Awardee). It aims to equip youth with tools for mental clarity, emotional balance, and holistic wellness through meditation and self-awareness.," said an organisor.

Addressing the students, Daaji emphasized that personal growth through meditation contributes to a resilient and progressive India.
The event witnessed the presence of college principals, deans, faculty members, and educators. Union Cabinet Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya joined virtually, congratulating students and the Heartfulness team for their enthusiasm and commitment to wellness. The occasion was also presided by pandurang Chate, Regional Director, Sports Authority of India, and Sanjay Bhatia, Upa-Lokayukta of Maharashtra.

Actor Santosh Juvekar spoke on the importance of holistic wellness in life and career building, while international anchor and internet personality Nadia Hakani conducted an interactive session on group exercises for well-being.
The highlight of the event was a Heartfulness Meditation session, making it one of the largest group meditation sessions ever held in Navi Mumbai.
The festival was led by Dr. Nivedita Shreyans, an educationist and wellness trainer, with support from Ronak Advertising, iLeaf Banquets, Food Spectrum, and Bio Spectrum. Several distinguished personalities attended, including Amardeep Singh Vig (MD, Ronak Advertising), Pratiesh Ambekar (MD, iLeaf Banquets), Amarved Pathak (GM, CIDCO Convention Centre), and Dr. Shubhada Naik (Principal, KBP College).
"Heartfulness is a global non-profit organization dedicated to serving humanity through meditation, relaxation, and rejuvenation practices. It has made significant contributions in education, environmental sustainability, and community welfare, earning global recognition," said Shreyans.
