Panvel: In a move aimed at streamlining festival preparations and ensuring greater transparency, the Panvel Municipal Corporation (PMC) has introduced a Unified Online Permission Portal for public Ganesh Utsav celebrations.

New Online System Consolidates NOCs from All Departments

As part of the state’s 150-day program, PMC has implemented a Single Window Online System to simplify the process of obtaining official clearances. During a planning meeting held at Adya Krantiveer Vasudev Balwant Phadke Auditorium on August 5, Deputy Commissioner Ravikiran Ghodke announced that the new system will consolidate No Objection Certificates (NOCs) from key departments—including traffic police, local police stations, the fire brigade, and property authorities—through a centralized digital platform.

Mandal Permissions Now Available via https://pandal.maharts.com

Festival organizers can apply for mandap permissions via PMC’s zonal offices (A, B, C, D, and Navade Subdivision), using the official portal: https://pandal.maharts.com. Officials encouraged all Ganesh mandals to utilize the website for a faster, smoother, and more transparent approval process.

Push for Safer, Eco-Friendly Celebrations Across Panvel

This initiative is part of PMC’s broader efforts to promote eco-friendly, safe, and well-coordinated Ganesh festivities across the city.
