Former Bombay Scottish Teacher Bipasha Kumar Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Student Moves POCSO Court, Claims Innocence

Mumbai: Bipasha Kumar, former teacher of Bombay Scottish School, arrested for sexually assaulting a student for nearly a year, has moved the special court for Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO), pleading her innocence.

The plea would come up for hearing by next week. Kumar was arrested on the complaint of the boy with Dadar police station. He claimed the teacher was attracted to him and coerced him into a relationship. The boy’s parents got alarmed when they noticed distinct changes in his behaviour.
