Initiative of the Navshakti-Free Press Journal Group at Kilachand hall today
Mumbai : Devendra Fadnavis, state unit president of BJP, will read out the priorities for progressive Maharashtra in next five years in a programme to be organised by the ‘Navshakti-Free Press Journal’ group on Thursday. The programme is aptly titled ‘Vision Maharashtra-2019’ and it will be held at the Indian Merchant Chamber’s Kilachand hall in Churchgate area. Doordarshan’s ‘Sahyadri’ channel is the media partner for the event.
The Maharashtra government has to face problems like inflation, stalled road and irrigation projects, load-shedding, traffic problems in urban areas, incomplete works of infrastructure, women’s security etc. Fadnavis will express his views on which measures will have to be taken to deal with these problems and what should be given priority. Leader of opposition in the Legislative Council, Vinod Tawde, will also remain present on this occasion.
Mukesh Sharma, Additional Director General of Doordarshan, Lalit Gandhi, Chairman of Western Maharashtra Industries of Commerce and Agriculture, Sunil Mantri of the ‘Sunil Mantri Realties’, Mohanrao Deshmukh, former president of Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industries, and other dignitaries will also grace the occasion.
