Mumbai: A video that has gone viral on X recently shows a verbal spat between a traffic cop and a tempo driver. The tempo driver, halted at the side of the road objected when the traffic cop took of a photo of his tempo in his mobile phone. They both got involved in a verbal dispute, which later ended after the traffic cop deleted the picture from his phone.

Video Shows Verbal Spat Between Traffic Cop & Tempo Driver

In the video that was posted on X by Mumbai TV, the traffic cop can be seen taking a picture of the tempo, halted in front of him. The tempo driver, who recorded the whole incident on his phone objected him after taking the photo. He then confronts him asking why he took the picture.

The traffic cop initially tries to avoid replying the tempo driver, but when he realises that the latter has his video camera on, he comes forward to calm him down. Both engage in a dispute, with the tempo driver warning the traffic cop not to mess with him early morning.

Traffic Cop Deletes Picture After Verbal Spat

Later, the police constable accompanying the traffic cop, advises him to let go off the tempo driver. The traffic cop then shows the tempo's photo from his phone to the driver and then finally deletes it.

Mumbai Traffic Police responded to the viral video confirming that the concerned Traffic division was informed about the matter. A comment by the official handle of Mumbai Traffic Police on X read, "We have informed concern Traffic Division." There are no reports of any legal action taken in the matter as of now.
