Devendra Fadanvis directs admin to resolve drought relief issue in 48 hours

Mumbai: Chief Minister Devendra Fadanvis on Wednesday directed the administration to take up the immediate issues related to drought relief and resolve them within 48 hours. The Chief Minister reviewed drought situation and the measures taken in Jalna and Aurangabad districts through video conferencing.

This conference was attended by nearly 500 persons including Chief Secretary UPS Madan, and senior administration officers, collectors, CEOs of zilla parishad, all tahsildars, Group Development Officers, Grama Sevkas, Sarpanch, and others. Chief Fadanvis on Wednesday appealed to all to work together to implement the drought relief measures to overcome the calamity.
