Mumbai's Kokan Nagar Govinda Breaks World Record With 10 Thar Human Pyramid, Earns ₹25 Lakh Cash Prize

Dahi Handi celebrations in Mumbai reached new heights this year—literally. While the spotlight usually shines on the renowned Jai Jawan Govinda Pathak, it was Jogeshwari-based Konkan Nagar Govinda Pathak that stole the show by making history with a never-before-seen 10-tier human pyramid, leaving Mumbaikars in awe.

Starting early Saturday, Govinda squads from across Mumbai and Thane gathered to push their limits. But it was Konkan Nagar who emerged victorious in the afternoon, successfully forming a ten-level pyramid and securing a cash prize of Rs 25 lakh.
