On the occasion of the Punyatithi (death anniversary) of Loknete D. B. Patil Saheb, the Navi Mumbai Punarvasan Samajik Sanstha has organized a special program aimed at honoring the elderly and encouraging academic excellence among students.
As part of this initiative, senior citizens from the region will be felicitated and presented with umbrellas as a mark of respect. In addition, students who have excelled in their Class 10 and 12 board examinations will be awarded for their outstanding academic performance.
The organizers stated that "Respecting our elders and promoting education among youth has always been our mission. Such initiatives foster community spirit and motivate the younger generation to strive for excellence."
The event is scheduled to take place on June 24, 2025, at 4:00 PM, at the CIDCO Exhibition Centre Auditorium, opposite Joyalukkas Jewellers, Sector-30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Local residents, community members, and well-wishers have been invited to attend the program and support the noble cause of senior citizen welfare and educational encouragement.
