Mumbai: The special TADA court here today rejected an application filed by an accused in 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case seeking transfer of the case saying he has no faith in the court.  Special judge G A Sanap rejected the application filed by Feroze Rashid after CBI lawyer argued that it was a frivolous plea.  Rashid had filed the application on October 9.  He is one of the accused in the blasts case. The trial of gangster Abu Salem, Riyaz Siddiqui, Abdul Qayyum, Mustafa Dosa and Rashid in the case is underway.
