A unique and inspiring event is set to take place at the  Gateway of India on March 20, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, as part of the ongoing Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)  Coastal Cyclothon 2025. This nationwide cycling expedition features 125 CISF cyclists covering 6,553 km of India’s coastline, from Bakkhali in West Benga

l and Lakhpat in Gujarat, finally converging at Kanyakumari on April 1. The event at Gateway of India offers an opportunity to witness this  journey, which highlights the role of coastal communities in national security, women Empowerment and conservation efforts towards coastal flora & fauna. The cyclists, who have been interacting with coastal communities along the way, will share their experiences and insights on the significance of a secure and thriving coastline.

A number of engaging demos and cultural performances have been lined up. Prominent persons from the world  of sports and entertainment will be present at the Gateway.
