CIDCO Introduces Amnesty Scheme With 50% Concession On Lease Premium, Service Charges For Navi Mumbai Plot Holders

Additionally, CIDCO has announced a 50% concession on the principal amount of Service Charges levied for civic amenities provided to plot, tenement, and shop holders.

The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has introduced an Amnesty Scheme offering a 50% concession on the Additional Lease Premium payable by plot holders in the Navi Mumbai Project for the extension of the construction period. 

Additionally, CIDCO has announced a 50% concession on the principal amount of Service Charges levied for civic amenities provided to plot, tenement, and shop holders. The scheme is valid only until March 31, 2025, and will not be extended further.

Eligible beneficiaries can apply online through the official website: www.cidco.maharashtra.gov.in.
