Mumbai: 1000 Days That Shape a Lifetime, a parenting guide for the foundational years from birth to age three, was officially launched on Sunday at Scarlet House, Malaika Arora’s restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai. The event was graced by the Guest of Honour, retired IPS officer Nawab Faqirul Haque , recipient of the prestigious president’s medal in distinguished service and meritorious service also a veteran social worker dedicated to child development along with family, friends, and parenting advocates.

The book focuses on the holistic development of young children, offering simple, practical strategies for emotional, physical, cognitive, and social growth. It introduces early stimulation techniques and developmentally appropriate tools to help parents shape a child’s early years with confidence.
