There is good news for people as long distance trains arriving and departing from Mumbai are slowly being restored by the rail authorities. Over the past couple of days trains to various parts of the country connecting Mumbai, have been restored.
According to railway officials these are being done for ensuring convenience to passengers and with a view to meet the travel demand. The authorities have also converted some bi-weekly trains to daily.
Following are the trains which have been restored:
1) Train no 02908 / 02907 Hapa - Madgaon Jn. - Hapa Weekly Superfast Special (fully reserved) :
Train no. 02908 Hapa - Madgaon Jn. Weekly Superfast Special (fully reserved) will leave from Hapa at 21:40 hrs every Wednesday from 30th June 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Madgaon Jn. at 22:20 hrs on the next day.
Train No. 02907 Madgaon Jn. - Hapa Weekly Superfast Special (fully reserved) will leave from Madgaon Jn. at 10:00 hrs every Friday, from 02nd July 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Hapa at 09:35 hrs on the next day.
2) Train no. 09260 / 09259 Bhavnagar - Kochuveli Bhavnagar Weekly Special (Fully Reserved) :
Train no. 09260 Bhavnagar - Kochuveli Weekly Special will leave from Bhavnagar at 10:05 hrs every Tuesday from 29h June 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Kochuveli at 07:10 hrs on the third day.
Train no. 09259 Kochuveli - Bhavnagar Weekly Special will leave from Kochuveli at 15:45 hrs every Thursday from 01st July 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Bhavnagar at 12:25 hrs on the third day.
3) Train no. 09262 / 09261 Porbandar - Kochuveli - Porbandar Weekly Special (fully reserved) :
Train no. 09262 Porbandar - Kochuveli Weekly Special (fully reserved) will leave from Porbandar at 18:40 hrs every Thursday from 01st July 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Kochuveli at 18:00 hrs on the third day.
Train no. 09261 Kochuveli - Porbandar Weekly Special (fully reserved) will leave from Kochuveli at 09:15 hrs every Sunday from 04th July 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Porbandar at 07:25 hrs on the third day.
4) Train no 09332 / 09331 Indore Jn. - Kochuveli - Indore Jn. Weekly Special (fully reserved) :
Train no 09332 Indore Jn. - Kochuveli Weekly Special (fully reserved) will leave from Indore Jn. at 21:40 hrs every Tuesday from 29th June 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Kochuveli at 18:00 hrs on the third day.
Train no 09331 Kochuveli - Indore Jn. Weekly Special (fully reserved) will leave from Kochuveli at 09:15 hrs every Friday from 02nd July 2021 until further advice. Train will reach Indore Jn. at 04:40 hrs on the third day.
5. Train No. 02971/02972 Bandra Terminus – Bhavnagar Superfast Special Train
The trips of Train No. 02971/02972 Bandra Terminus – Bhavnagar Special Train will be restored from 29th June, 2021 to run daily.
6. Train No. 09217/09218 Bandra Terminus – Veraval Special Train
The trips of Train No. 09217 Bandra Terminus – Veraval Special Train will be restored from 30th June, 2021 and of Train No. 09218 Veraval – Bandra Terminus Special Train will be restored from 28th June, 2021 to run daily.
7. Train No. 02961/02962 Mumbai Central – Indore Superfast Special Train
The trips of Train No. 02961 Mumbai Central – Indore Special Train will be restored from 26th June, 2021 and of Train No. 02962 Indore – Mumbai Central Special Train will be restored from 27th June, 2021 to run daily.
8. Train No. 09201/09202 Dadar – Ahmedabad Superfast Special Train
The trips of Train No. 09201 Dadar – Ahmedabad Special Train will be restored from 28th June, 2021 and of Train No. 09202 Ahmedabad – Dadar Special Train will be restored from 27th June, 2021 to run daily.
9. Train No. 02927/02928 Dadar – Kevadiya Superfast Special Train
The trips of Train No. 02927 Dadar – Kevadiya Special Train will be restored from 27th June, 2021 and of Train No. 02928 Kevadiya – Dadar Special Train will be restored from 28th June, 2021 to run daily.
10. Train No. 02919/02920 Dr. Ambedkar Nagar – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Superfast Special Train
The trips of Train No. 02919 Dr. Ambedkar Nagar – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Special Train will be restored from 1st July, 2021 and of Train No. 02920 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra – Dr. Ambedkar Nagar Special Train will be restored from 3rd July, 2021 to run daily.
11. Train No. 02955/02956 Mumbai Central – Jaipur Superfast Special Train
The trips of Train No. 02955 Mumbai Central – Jaipur Special Train will be restored from 26th June, 2021 and of Train No. 02956 Jaipur – Mumbai Central Special Train will be restored from 27th June, 2021 to run daily.
12. Train No. 02957/02958 Ahmedabad – New Delhi Superfast Rajdhani Special Train
The trips of Train No. 02957 Ahmedabad – New Delhi Special Train will be restored from 28th June, 2021 and of Train No. 02958 New Delhi – Ahmedabad Special Train will be restored from 29th June, 2021 to run daily.
13. Train No. 09329/09330 Indore – Udaipur City Special Train
The trips of Train No. 09329 Indore – Udaipur City Special Train will be restored from 28th June, 2021 and of Train No. 09330 Udaipur City – Indore Special Train will be restored from 29th June, 2021 to run daily.
