Mira-Bhayandar: On the occasion of World Vada Pav Day, Divine Vada Pav Corner in the Indralok area of Mira-Bhayandar organised a unique celebration featuring a massive 4-kg vada pav and a 2.5-kg giant samosa.
Owner Nisha Sonkar and her family prepared the oversized delicacies as part of the special celebration. The giant vada pav and samosa quickly became a major attraction for local residents, drawing crowds to the outlet.

As a special offer for Mira-Bhayandar residents, vada pavs were also made available at a ₹10 discount on the occasion. Vada pav lovers turned up in large numbers to enjoy the special offer.
Meanwhile, Divine Vada Pav Corner is reportedly attempting to have the 4-kg vada pav recognised as a world record. According to the organisers, a 2.7-kg vada pav had previously been recorded in the Limca Book of Records. This has made the newly prepared 4-kg vada pav a topic of considerable interest.

Maharashtra Transport Minister Pratap Sarnaik visited the event and tasted the giant vada pav. MNS city leader Sandeep Rane was also present along with his supporters.
The initiative was organised with the aim of giving Maharashtra's iconic street food, vada pav, greater recognition on the global stage. The giant vada pav and samosa attracted a large crowd, with residents appreciating the unique celebration in Mira-Bhayandar.
