Ujjain: Central Kotwali police on Wednesday evening booked three unidentified youths who on the midnight of February 11 pointed a pistol at the Civil Hospital staff to get treatment of dog bite. An FIR in this case has been registered under Sections 386, 294, 353, 506, 189 (34) of IPC on the report of home guard jawan Suresh Singh.
According to reports, three youths arrived in Civil Hospital of which one was bitten by a dog. When they went to the counter to make a slip the operator asked his name to which the youth drew out a pistol and later also they threatened Dr Jitendra Raghuwanshi and fled the scene.
When these accused youths came to the doctor for rabies injection and treatment, doctor told them that the injection is only available in the morning. On this, the youth pointed a pistol at him. After this activity all three ran sped away on a bike. The information of the incident was given to Shobharam Kirar who was present in police station, but he took no action and neither registered the complaint. In this case SP ordered to line attach him. Now police are investigating the case with the help of CCTV footage.
