Ujjain: Miscreant gets 3 months jail for breaking OPD’s window

Ujjain: Miscreant who broke the window of OPD in Madhav Nagar hospital few years back were awarded with 3 months imprisonment and monitory fine of 3000 in a recent judgement. First class judicial magistrate Natasa Sheikh awarded sentence to accused Sudheer son of Mohanlal Gome age 27 years and resident of Prakash Nagar under Section 427 of IPC.

Prosecution media cell in-charge informed that accused Sudheer Gome and his friend Shubham Thapa created ruckus in Madhav Nagar hospital on July 9, 2015 and verbally abused the victim who were working in OPD in hospital at that time. They broke the glass window and threatened the victim of serious consequences. On his complaint, Madhav Nagar police lodged a case against accused. Prosecution officer Dipendra Malu presented the case . Shubham Thapa was released due to lack of evidence.
