Ujjain: The meeting of executive members of district Congress committee was held at Maharashtriyan Dharmashala located in Kshirsagar area on Monday. Spokesperson Vivek Gupta informed that district Congress head Mahesh Soni, Dr Batukshankar Joshi, Satyanarayan Panwar, Manohar Bairagi, Sultanlala, Yogesh Sharma, and organisation in-charge Kailash Bisen were present in the meeting.
During the programme 350 new office bearers were handed over their appointment letters. On this occasion district head Soni addressing party workers and leaders said that candidate for coming general election for Ujjain seat should be local. The proposal was passed unanimously by all the party members. The programme was conducted by Jitndra Goyal, Gupta added.
