Ujjain: A minor girl was allegedly raped by a boy known to her, after she refused to tie knot with him. The 15-year-old victim told Mahakal police in her statement that Vinayak resident of Kshirsagar was harassing her for a long time and insisting her to marry him.
On Monday when she was her way to home, the alleged accused Vinayak stopped her and forced her to come with him to his residence where he outraged her modesty.
The girl alleged that Vinayak’s parents too, forced her to marry him and thrashed her. An FIR has been registered under sections 363,366,376 of IPC and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act and the accused has been arrested.
