Vijaya Ekadashi 2025 rituals and puja vidhi

Observing Vijaya Ekadashi involves devotion, fasting, and adherence to sacred rituals. Here’s how devotees can observe the day:

Early morning rituals

Wake up early and take a holy bath, purifying the body and soul.

Clean and purify the puja space.

Puja setup and offerings

Decorate a Kalash (sacred pot) with flowers and mango leaves.

Place an idol or image of Lord Vishnu on a raised platform.

Light an oil lamp and offer Panchamrit (a mix of milk, curd, honey, ghee, and sugar) to the deity.

Offer flowers, fruits, and sacred Tulsi leaves.

Chanting and mantras

Recite Vishnu mantras and sacred hymns dedicated to Lord Vishnu.

Perform aarti and seek blessings for success and spiritual wisdom.

Chant the mantra: Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya Namah.
