In a recent interview with Today.com, she shared her fitness secret that includes workouts and a strict diet.

Aniston's 80/20 rule

Even with a hectic work schedule, Jennifer manages to hit the gym three to five times a week. Aniston’s approach to nutrition is refreshingly straightforward. She embraces the 80/20 rule, which allows her to enjoy nutrient-dense meals 80% of the time while leaving room for indulgences.

"I do 80/20. I give myself days where I can have whatever I want. I don’t deprive myself," she explained. Her daily meals focus on simple yet wholesome foods like protein, vegetables, salads, and an abundance of water. When it comes to snacks, her three go-to healthy options are popcorn, protein bars, and shakes, which keep her energised and satisfied.

To add flavor to her meals without compromising on health, Jennifer avoids excessive salt, butter, or olive oil. Instead, she relies on seasonings and vinegar to create delicious dishes. "Stuff like that will create a taste that is so delicious, where you’re not just dousing everything with salt and butter or olive oil to make it taste good," she shared.

No body-breaking workouts

Jennifer’s fitness philosophy has evolved over the years. She believes in working smarter, not harder, and has shifted away from overly intense workouts. "You don’t have to break your body to get strong, your workouts don’t have to be hours a day," she emphasized. Typically, she works out three to four times a week and aims for up to five sessions during an ideal week.

Her current favorite exercise method is 'Pvolve', a functional fitness program that combines strength training with Pilates-inspired movements. This low-impact routine helps her build strength and sculpt her body without putting undue strain on it.

Consistency is the key

Consistency is the cornerstone of Aniston’s wellness routine. Rather than chasing quick fixes or punishing her body with aggressive regimens, she focuses on sustainable habits that support her long-term health and vitality. This holistic approach extends beyond diet and exercise, as she also prioritises hydration and mindful food choices to maintain her radiant glow.

Jennifer Aniston’s journey is a testament to the power of balance and simplicity.
