Mrs. Usha Thorat, Managing Trustee and Honorary Secretary, shared, “As we mark the 74th Founder’s Day of the Indian Cancer Society, our goal is to ensure that the maximum number of underprivileged cancer patients get the care they deserve. Through ‘Painting a Future – Art Against Cancer,’ we hope to raise the funds needed to expand our efforts and support many more in their fight against cancer.”

With over 100 million individuals reached through multimedia campaigns for cancer awareness and 5 lakh screenings conducted for oral, cervical, and breast cancer, ICS continues to make a lasting impact. More than 27,000 patients have received funds for treatment, and 3,000 survivors have been supported with counseling and education.

Every painting purchased during this event will help ICS achieve its vision of “Cancer se raho do kadam aage” by enabling the organisation to provide financial, emotional, and rehabilitation support to cancer patients and survivors.
