Coach Meddy’s convention unscrambled: A professional athlete’s trainer

A personal trainer, a kickboxing coach, a professional athlete’s trainer, and a Thai boxing specialist – these terms encapsulate Coach Meddy. In the process of brainstorming and weighing career options, some of the most brilliant ideas come from the problems most encountered. That’s exactly how celebrity fitness trainer Coach Meddy got his stirring idea to create his own fitness concept known as MMF Protocol (Mixed Martial and Football Protocol.) With over ten years of experience in the fitness industry, he has made a significant impact on the lives of athletes and celebrities.

What began as a personal fitness journey in Dubai has now stimulated thousands of people from varied backgrounds such as football players, TV presenters, athletes, artists and celebrities. What was then called martial art condition grew quickly, and a decade later, Coach Meddy is approached most frequently for MMF Protocol – his training method specially curated for football players.

Today, Coach Meddy trains athletes like Nicolas Anelka, Patrice Evra and Mike Phillips. His classes include a mix of endurance training, speed-focused training and strength-based training. There’s no defined procedure, only an element of surprise; Coach constantly modifies the fitness plateau, but that change of stimulus helps in keeping the body adaptive over the course of time. His training methods work wonders for building lean muscles, normalizing the hormonal system and fat loss.

Coach Meddy points out that his keenness to make working out enjoyable and effective became the motivation factors to dominate the fitness industry. With his background, he could successfully combine his expertise and inimitable tactics to create a new take on an effective and efficient workout model. Coach Meddy provides clients with an ever-changing workout regime focused on factors that no other fitness trainer does – a holistic approach to physical wellness with a personal spin. This is why he is often referred to as a “magician.”

While speaking about his journey as a French trainer practicing in Dubai, Coach Meddy said, “Fitness was my hobby and without realizing, it turned into my habit and profession. As a part of my career for the longest, I have worked alongside athletes and celebrities who were looking for a better way to workout. Once they started working out with me and experiencing the results, they spread the word, and that’s what drew my community. Even today, I consider myself a learner and clearly understand what my expertise is. So, I’m going to continue mapping my route by staying in my lane.”
