The Bombay High Court in Thursday allowed industrialist Yashovardhan Birla to travel to the United Kingdom for business purpose from July 1 to July 22. The court has directed him to provide his detailed itinerary to the investigating agencies. Birla and four companies are facing probe by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO). Prosecution has opposed his plea saying that Birla is facing 2 cases involving 4 cases and that the probe is still going on.
