A special Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court on Thursday reserved for decision on Monday the bail plea of former state home minister Anil Deshmukh in the corruption case relating to illegal collections from the city's resto-bars.

The bail applications of his personal secretary Sanjeev Palande and personal assistant Kundan Shinde are also fixed for orders. The trio had claimed bail on the ground that the CBI had filed an incomplete chargesheet.
