Mumbai : A fine century by Utkarsh Raut for Vijay Merchant XI and half centuries by Yashasvi Jaiswal, Divyash Saxena and Shoel Khan for Khandu Rangnekar XI were the opening day’s feature in the Under-18 KC Mahednra Shield Cricket tournament, on Thursday.
In the day’s other tie, Vijay Manjrekar XI hit up 197 against Dattu Phadkar XI with Ashay Sardesai top scoring with 56 and Azim Shaikh capturing four 60.
