Bhopal: Three-day IEEE-iNIS symposium begins today

Bhopal: The third IEEE International Symposium on Nano electronic and Information Systems (IEEE-iNIS) is all set to begin at Oriental campus on Monday. The three-day event is sponsored by the Technical Committee on VLSI (TCVLSI) of IEEE Computer Society (IEEE-CS) and supported by IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation (CEDA).

It has also received support from local chapters of Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), Computer Society of India (CSI), Indian National Science Academy (INSA) and Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology (MPCOST).

IEEE-iNIS 2017 is spear-headed by a team of world renowned credible experts comprising of: Steering Committee Chair Prof./Dr. Saraju P. Mohanty, University of North Texas, USA, Technical Chairs Prof./Dr. Anirban Sengupta, Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India and Prof./Dr. Sudeep Pasricha, Colorado State University, USA, as well as General Chair Prof./Dr. Dhruva Ghai, Oriental University, Indore. Special sessions by world renowned invited speakers, would be conducted on campus, keeping in view, the vision of the team.

Six keynote speakers, Vijaykrishnan Narayan of Pennsylvania State University, USA, Durga Misra of New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA, Sri Parameswaran of University of New South Wales, Australia, Garrett S. Rose of The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA, Ashok Srivastava of Louisiana State University, USA, and Aviral Shrivastava of the Arizona State University, USA, would provide opportunity to the attendees, to witness 70 technical presentations covering 6 technical tracks, and distributed over 23 sessions.

Two Professional Development Events-IEEE Young Professionals (YP) and IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) are other attractions at IEEE-iNIS 2017
