Heavy rain causes match delay

Bengaluru: The start of the IPL match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals had to be delayed due to rain at the Chinnaswamy Stadium here on Tuesday. However, at the time of going to the press, the match referee Vengalil Narayan Kutty decided to have a five-over tie. This was possible as the drainage system here is one of the best in India.
