Khandwa (Madhya Pradesh): The urban body elections for Khandwa are to be held on July 6, similarly for Mundi and Pradhan on July 13. The timings will be 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. In this context, the second training of polling parties was held on Saturday for the smooth conduct of the elections. The training sessions were organised at MLB School and SN college, Khandwa.
During the training, the officers and employees of the polling parties were trained by the master trainers and were asked to thoroughly study the training manual so that they do not face any problems on the day of polling. The poll officers were told to work impartially and fearlessly during the election process.
They were told that mock polls must be completed at the scheduled time which is one day prior to elections. Information about the operation and sealing of EVM machines was also provided to the presiding and polling officers. Training Nodal Officer P S Solanki asked the polling parties to get their queries and questions, if any, cleared from the master trainers.
