Indore : A 30-year-old teacher committed suicide by jumping before a train in Heera Nagar area on Thursday. Police have recovered a suicide note from near the body. He took the extreme step as he was being harassed by someone. However, police did not confirm this information saying the investigation is going.
According to TI Shashikant Kankane, the deceased was identified as Sonal Singh Gaud, a resident of Amey apartment behind Shopping Complex. Police have recovered his body from near the railway track, MR-10 on Thursday about 1.30 pm. Sonal was a teacher in a city-based teaching institute. He hailed from Gwalior and was living in the city with her mother.
In preliminary investigation, it was found that he had also come near same railway track on Wednesday and was returned to home. On Thursday, he came again and jumped before the train and committed suicide.
According to the sources, the police have also recovered a suicide note in which he had written that he was depressed due to harassment by someone. The police are investigating the matter on the basis of the suicide note and the statements of his family members are also being taken to know the reason of his suicide.
