Indore: The young bold lady, who nabbed a chain snatcher on Monday in Bhanwarkuan area was honoured by the SP Abid Khan at her residence on Thursday. To honour Sapna Mangal, SP Abid Khan himself reached at her residence in Anantpuri Colony and rewarded her Rs 10,000 and a letter of appreciation. He also admired the courage of Sapna and greeted her.

It is worth reminding that on Monday Sapna was going with her mother Geetadevi on foot from a street of Indrapuri Colony. Suddenly two bike riders came nearer to them, with the excuse of asking an address. During the talk, the back seat rider snatched the chain of Geeta. Seeing this Sapna quickly held tightly the collar of the snatcher’s shirt and due to which he fell down from the bike.  When the chain-snatcher fell down, Sapna took hold of him and shouted for help. The surrounding people immediately came nearer and thrashed the accused snatcher.
Then, the accused was handed over to the police.
