Indore : Sir William Mark Tully, the former Bureau Chief of BBC, New Delhi, hailed works being carried out by Jimmy McGilligan Centre in village Sanawadiya.
“I wish I could do what Jimmy (McGilligan) did for needy and underprivileged people of rural India. This is the real work, I just talk about it. India as well as the whole world should follow this life style being promoted by Jimmy McGilligan Centre,” he said during his visit to the centre. He witnessed nitty-gritty of the centre that have been serving India Baha’i pioneer and working for “Sustainable Community Development”.
Mark Tully specially appreciated the way Janak Palta McGilligan who is running the centre and dedicated her life for social causes. Mark Tully also interacted with village youths and was happy to hear from Mahendra Dhakkad and Deepak Rawaliya some positive changes in the village as a result of the presence of this centre.
