‘ School Chale Hum Abhiyan’ spells success

Indore :  Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s much ambitious project of ‘ School Chale Hum Abhiyan’ seems to have done fairly well in the district as the number of entries in the portal are almost near to target set by state government for Indore.

Around 549358 students of Indore district have been registered at the portal of School Chale Hum, against the set target of 549844 students.

While the total number of boys registered in Indore stands at 259358 against the set target of 260262, 288329 girls have been registered in the portal against the set target of 289581.

Office bearers of the district education board while informed Free Press that they are still enrolling students and will soon achieve the specified targets.

District Education board next have targeted to lower the rates of dropouts from the government schools. Clearly, joining hands with the social groups and inviting common people to motivate children in form of School Chale Hum Abhiyan has helped the officials of the district education department in a major way.
