Know election results of 5 states via smart phone, tab, laptop and PC

Indore: If you are curious to know the poll results while on move, try to get a smart phone, tab or laptop with Net connection, and avail the results immediately by clicking on a designated link. For first time the Assembly election results would be available through these gadgets. But, the interested person has to open a dedicated link of the Election Commission of India ( ECI) for this purpose.

Sources said that for the first time this new measure will be introduced in MP. This measure was already introduced in the assembly elections held after the 2009 General Elections.The ECI has designed a link— http: / eciresults. nic.

in— with the help of National Informatics Centre ( NIC).By opening this link, one can know the election trends/ results of a constituency, state and also party.By clicking ‘ State- Wise Results’ and selecting state, one can know trends/ results of a particular state, where election was held. People can also know the position of two candidates. Even they can get the margin of votes between the candidates.

By clicking ‘ Party- Wise Results,’ they can know the party which is leading in the counting in a particular state and also the number of seats the party pocketed.The link will also tell the probable winning party also.The last link is ‘ Constituency Wise Results’. By clicking it, people can know the trend/ result of the constituency.
