The programme included a counseling and training session by a team of experts/consultants on Diabetes education, Insulin usage and device demonstration among others. The event which is a part of a Pan-India programme reached out to over 60 corporate hospitals across India and educated over 3000 nurses on various aspects of helping people with diabetes understand the condition better and also evaluate and analyse their psychosocial needs.
