Neuro-Linguistic Training Programme concludes

Indore : Neuro-Linguistic Training Program (NLP) concluded with AFNLP certification of 13 participants at hotel Sayaji on Friday. The 6-day workshop covered the essentials of training for behaviour modification. Educationists from various training areas including leadership, schooling and counselling attended 360 hours of training to receive ‘Master Practitioner’ certificate in NLP training. This certification accredits a person to practise NLP professionally for counselling and behaviour modification.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the ’70s. Its creators claim a connection between the neurological processes (neuro), language (linguistic) and behavioural patterns learned through experience (programming) and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.

NLP trainer Manisha Gaur said, “We have been able to solve various personal issues like anger, confusion, and unexplainable neck pain using NLP techniques during the workshop.” She elaborated that the technique boosts energy by improving brain-body coordination.

“The world seems clearer and brighter after doing the exercise,” educationist Rajesh Grigani said. He feels more confident and stable after the workshop. There is an enhanced power that comes with NLP training according to him. Tutor Smriti Shrivastava feels that the lesson of positivity should be taught to children and youngsters. This will help in creating a more productive human resource.

“The most important lesson in the training is based on communication models, it is likely to help entrepreneurs, homemakers, students and educationist,” entrepreneur Anurag Bharaktiya said. He explained that the course helped him understand non verbal signals for better judgement. “These scientific techniques are essential in every walk of life, for example it helps parents understand children and communicate with them without negativity,” he added.
