Indore : Following a controversy over paper leaks, the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission has changed the printing press, where the papers were printed for 2012 exam. In a notification issued by the Commission on Thursday, now the papers for MPPSC-2013 exam, which will be held on July 27, will be printed by a new printing press.Along with the decision of changing the printing press, the Commission will also hold the third phase of the 2012 exam, i.e. interviews, which were scheduled from July 30.

It is to be noted that ‘Free Press’ has published the issue about the decision of PSC to hold interviews on its July 3 edition with the headlines “MPPSC-12 interviews put in abeyance.”

The Commission has reasoned the media reports that MPPSC-2012 paper was leaked at the printing press-level due to which they have changed the press for printing the papers of upcoming exam. The decision on taking interviews will be taken after getting clean chit from the Delhi Crime Branch and the MP Police.

The MPPSC-2013 Prelims exam will be held on its scheduled date and time on July 27.

The exams-2012 has come under the scanner after the gang busted by the Delhi Crime Branch had confessed to have leaked paper of MPPSC exams. Though it’s not clear as yet for which exams the gang had leaked out paper but the MPPSC’s move to put the interviews of exams-2012 in limbo speaks for itself.
