‘Milk Powder Plant Of Indore Dugdha Sangh To Start From January,’ Divisional Commissioner Deepak Singh

30 MT capacity plant is set-up at the cost of Rs 76 cr. Divisional commissioner Deepak Singh assumese charge of administrative head of Indore Dugdha Sangh.

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): Deepak Singh, Divisional Commissioner has said that the newly built 30 metric tonne capacity milk powder plant of Indore Sahakari Dugdha Sangh Limited (Indore Cooperative Milk Union) at a cost of Rs 76 cr. will be inaugurated next month. He has also instructed to develop electronic working of the Sangh and make payment to milk producers directly in their bank accounts.

Singh gave these instructions after assuming the charge of the administrative head of Indore Cooperative Milk Union at the office of Union on Thursday. He inspected the newly constructed 30 metric tonne per day capacity milk powder plant located in the milk plant itself at Mangalia and held a meeting of the officials.

He gave many instructions to the staff including connecting cattle farmers with milk societies, increasing the spread of Sanchi products and implementing e-office system. In a meeting of the officers of the Union he directed to prepare an action plan to implement e-office system in the Union for direct payment daily to members through the bank account.

He instructed to prepare a mobile app for better monitoring. He also instructed to scan the records maintained at the milk union level and store them safely.

Singh instructed to prepare a strong action plan to compete with the new brands of milk and milk products in the market. Indore Milk Union CEO Deepak Sharma presented a bouquet of flowers to the divisional commissioner and gave information about the progress. All divisional and district officers of Indore Milk Union were present in the meeting.
